Adding FCGW to page not loading

Hello I was working on my site and if I add the code <?include etc....> into my theme it works fine however when I want to add it to a specific page let's say home (I would like to get a static home and a blog one) and I want to show only the FCGW on the static it does not show any pictures.

Is there a work around of this?

Also I was wondering if there is a way not to show a post of the blog to add pictures to the FCGW.
