1. Check settings to exclude fcg-YOU conflict
2. Try to turn off all your plugins at once to exclude fcg-other plugin conflict
3. Try default theme to exclude fcg-theme conflict
4. Post in this forum to involve me in your troubleshooting. URL is required

Re: after upgrade to 3.1, no post option
the solution was posted to http://www.featuredcontentgallery.com/forum/for-those-who-lost-custom-fields-in-wp-3-1-version-5524.html
but basically the default post options have changed in 3.1 and by default are no longer visible. you have to go to 'screen options' and enable the boxes you want to appear.
Just click the Screen Options dropdown to show or hide anything you want or don’t want to see. These settings are saved so that you can customize how your own editing screen looks, for you only, every time you go to add or edit a post. Plugins that make meta boxes get their meta box added to this list too, so if you don’t use the manual Publisher boxes from my own Facebook or Twitter plugins, for example, you can just disable them.
