Black Box with Progress Bar

I've read through all of the topics having to do with this and am just completely stuck. Here's what I've done:

Specified 3 pages in FCG settings to show
Verified that articleimg and featuredtext are correct for all 3
Changed short tags to full in jd.gallery.js.php (now I don't have an empty frame)
Disabled other plugins
Tried using the default theme

The site is being staged at http://crichcurtis.com/xlsportshouse

I know you've helped with this a thousand times, but I just can't find the answer. Thanks in advance.

your background and text color in fcg options settings both black...
also, check articleimg custom fields, it the name of that field is not misspelled.
if not, try to put gallery call in this format

Oops, corrected the black-on-black issue.

The code you provided allowed the slideshow to display, but now there are 2 other problems:

There's a white bar at the top no matter what size I make FCG
The featuredtext doesn't come up, though I can see a small black bar appear when it should come up.

I've double checked the featuredtext custom fields.

It's not a problem with FCG, it's something with how the theme is handling it. If I put it in the header.php file, it functions, but pushes the sidebar down. If I put it in index.php, it doesn't show up at all.

Have you heard of this issue by chance?

For anyone searching for it, here's how I fixed it:

- Add some if home logic

- Put it in the page.php (default page template) above <div class="entry"> so it comes up above your content
