Can I change the <h2> tags to <h3>?

Can I change the <h2> tags to <h3>?

My theme hides the h2's, and all other post titles get h3's. I've tried changing it in galery.php as well as jd.gallery.js.php, but the result is either no change or loss of the plugin completely. Thanks!

you can do it
have global search on h2 tag in the plugin folder, there are many places where you need to edit h2 tag, then replace them with h3 tag
