Change number of words used in description

On my site www.yourwedddingdollars.com you'll notice that the description under the title of the featured content picture stops on the 4th line about 4 or so words in. I would like to tell the description just to show 3 lines of text instead of a number of words so that it always is consistent in showing 3 full lines of text. Is that doable?

adjust number in pixels in text overlay height in fcg option page

it is called Fearuted content gallery, under settings in your wordpress admin
