the theme of my blog is WPSN , before in a other theme this plugin was OK but with this new theme , FCG not OK .
Why ?

try to turn off your all plugins at once..

2. Try to turn off all your plugins at once to exclude fcg-other plugin conflict
3. Try default theme to exclude fcg-theme conflict
