Conflicting Script Problem

I have conflicting scripts between FCG and my theme. I know I have everything installed correctly because when I switch themes it works great.


here are the scripts my theme uses:
superfish.js
jquery.js
init.js


How do I modify my FCG so my gallery will work.

Please give me detailed steps if possible.
