Content Gallery not working

Hi there,
I have posted this problem on the lifestyle forum and lots of people read it but o one could help me. here is the url http://www.curtisandcomarketing.com/
I have downloaded the file, I have checked to make sure I have all the files loaded properly. I added the code. Deactivated all plug ins.
I can't seem to fix the duplicate image.
i checked the page numbers, I checked the link all seems fine.
Your help with this would be greatly appreciated,
There is another person who is having the same issue.

I do not see some important files on your site,
it gives me
404 Not Found
The requested URL /wp-content/plugins/featured-content-gallery/css/jd.gallery.css.php does not exist.
please reupload the gallery
