Custom Fields Not Populating

PostBy DanBones on Wed Sep 07, 2011 11:39 am

I have inserted the code properly and activated the plugin as well as entered my desired settings. The 'loading' box is popping up in the correct space in the correct size. When I go to a page/ post to set it up I do not have any custom fields as shown in the video tutorial, I only have 'Genesis SEO settings' and 'Genesis layout settings'. I am using Genesis theme with the Delicious child theme. The URL is www.fooddeliveryusa.com. Thank you in advance for any help.

1. Check settings to exclude fcg-YOU conflict
2. Try to turn off all your plugins at once to exclude fcg-other plugin conflict
3. Try default theme to exclude fcg-theme conflict
4. Post in this forum to involve me in your troubleshooting. URL is required

I have had the same issue with custom fields not showing up in posts/pages.

Am using Wordpress template Intrepidity that already has the FCG code installed and have configured the basic settings as demonstrated in the instructional video.

Wondering what else to do so custom fields appear ?
