Disappearing Image

Hi All,
Earlier today an image I loaded was appearing in the gallery and later today it disappeared. I have tried reloading the image a few different times but can't seem to get it to appear on the gallery. I've gone as far as to delete the image from the post and reload it there; I've double checked that it is the correct size.

Ideas?
