Display FCG correctly

PostBy OnlineInf0 on Mon Sep 27, 2010 10:33 am

I managed to get FCG to work on only the home page...but it does not align properly...
I don't know if I need to float left or pad it or what...

Can you advise me...you can see the FCG on a site I'm building at
http://www.WorkingWithBurt.com

You will notice the gallery is to the left a bit and affects the post log-in widget on the right.

I think once it is in the correct place, not off to the left, it will not affect the right column.

Advise please.

Thanks,

I do not know exactly where to put the gallery call..but from view source I can guess
to put it under this divider
Code: Select all
<div id="im-mainContent" class="im-mainContent">

2. Try to turn off all your plugins at once to exclude fcg-other plugin conflict
3. Try default theme to exclude fcg-theme conflict

Admin,

I'm not sure I understand you...
I put the following code...on my header.php file inside my Socrates Theme...

<?php if (is_page('Home') )
{
include (ABSPATH . '/wp-content/plugins/featured-content-gallery/gallery.php');
}
?>

The above code enabled me to have FCG only on the home page...but it doesn't display correctly.

How do I correct it so that the FCG is not sticking out over the left margin?

Thanks for your quick reply.

to not stick to the left margin it should be added under some content divider, where the posts are, probably in home.php or index.php..right now even right sidebar fell down
