DropDown menu appears *under* FCG

I have Arras theme and I don't see #nav li ul anywhere in my style.css. Is there a code I can paste into my user.css?

I have changed z-index to 100+ for all primary menu css that I can find, made all overflow visible and still am losing the menu under the FCG. Please help! What am I missing? I have looked this over in Firebug to see if I am missing any Css changes. Site page is http://rummerfield.com/?page_id=2. Thanks so much!
