EarthlyTouch theme not working

I can activate some other themes that will make the gallery work imediatelly, but not this one, any suggesstions????

Also, I can´t seem to get rid of thea weird rectangle image on the back of the gallery.

this probably belongs to your theme..check on this code..may if you remove it, fcg will start working..
