eDegree trouble

PostBy mobitinker on Sun Apr 17, 2011 9:24 pm

The code seems to be getting inserted properly. Images are not displaying.

I've set height/width
Using featuredtext and featuredimg
The code is getting called in header.php
Using more than one post
Deactivated every other plug-in
Commented this line in functions.js of the theme

//jQuery.noConflict();

Watched the video

Here's the URL: http://mambatext.tapcatch.com/wordpress/

--- also I noted just now in debug of js:

Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token <

This occurs on line 38 of jd.gallery.js.php. There are subsequent errors but I think they are related to the first.

Thanks for having a look. I can't see anything else to try :-)

1. Check settings to exclude fcg-YOU conflict
2. Try to turn off all your plugins at once to exclude fcg-other plugin conflict
3. Try default theme to exclude fcg-theme conflict
4. Post in this forum to involve me in your troubleshooting. URL is required

Thanks Yelena,
I opted to set in /opt/bitnami/php/etc/php.ini: short_open_tag = On.

I wanted to avoid modifying the plug in code.

Seems crazy for a plug-in writer to use short tags. The benefit is saving 3 characters of typing vs. lot of user headaches.

Cheers!
