Empty Box Showing Up, Tried Everything

Hey folks,

I absolutely love this plugin, and I think im going to end up using it on most of my sites. But I am at a roadblock with my installation, I'm getting an empty box no matter what I do. The site is:

and I've pasted it into my home.php

Help if you can please, thank you so much. If I'm missing something let me know. You guys are great.

remove word "milliseconds" from fade duration and delay fields

1. Check settings to exclude fcg-YOU conflict
2. Try to turn off all your plugins at once to exclude fcg-other plugin conflict
3. Try default theme to exclude fcg-theme conflict
