FCG and script conflicts & new version of mootools

I've been trying to get FCG to work with Carrington, with no joy.

FB indates only the standard comment script is loaded apart from FCG's (I took lightbox out of Carrington just to check)

In the present distribution you've included mootools v 1.11.

There is a newer version of mootools 1.2.3.

Not sure if this would fix some of these issues.
