FCG and Validation Error

I am using the latest version plugin but I am getting a validation error from http://validator.w3.org/ the error says:

Line 148, Column 27: document type does not allow element "style" here

The element named above was found in a context where it is not allowed. This could mean that you have incorrectly nested elements -- such as a "style" element in the "body" section instead of inside "head" -- or two elements that overlap (which is not allowed).

I have placed this: <?php include (ABSPATH . '/wp-content/plugins/featured-content-gallery/gallery.php'); ?> in my home.php just under the <div class="featuredtop"> and it seems to be working.

If I disable the plugin it validates fine with no errors....
