FCG displaying [shortcodes] via "WP Post Columns"

Is there a way to filter out the display of shortcodes? I am using the plugin "WP Post Columns", and you need to enter in the shortcodes for the columns. However when I do this, those codes will be seen by FCG in the banner text.
