FCG fails when I use Multiple Loops

I've been pulling my hair out trying to get FCG to work on the site I'm currently building. Anyway I think I have pinpointed it down to the fact I have multiple loop running on my page.

Can anyone else confirm that FCG doesn't work with a multiple loop (seems to work fine when I use the original theme before I implemented a multiple loop). Any suggestions on how I may overcome this limitation??

Found my issue - nothing to do with multiple loops.

Had accidently removed <?php wp_head(); ?> from my header.php file so the javascript classes were unavailable

Now working fine.
