FCG not displaying in IE8

I have searched forums, disabled plugins, checked code etc... cannot seem to figure out why FCG does not display in IE8. (No Problems with FF).

It has been working with no problems for sometime and now all the sudden its not displaying. The Errors I am getting from IE are:

Could it be NextGen?? I disabled this plugin and nothing changed so I assumed it was not a problem. also I have seen some comm in the forums about mootools in themes being a conflict, what is mootools and how do I know if my theme is using it?

So I just deactivated NextGen again and still getting errors this is what it reports now:

I am not sure, but may there is conflict with nextgen-gallery, try to disable it

Yes I did the disabling and nothing happened...

Now with everything being equal and nothing disabled it seems to be magically working again??? well okie-dokie!!
