FCG not working

Hello, I really need help.

I have two sites that the plugin was working just fine and then it just stopped working.

I don't understand as I didn't change any settings on FCG. I've checked the permissions, I've made sure the pictures are still there, I'm at a loss.

Here are the sites.

The weird thing is that one site it's all black like it's trying to load and the other it's just white space.

it looks like something wrong with gallery settings in fcg option page..if you use category selection, check category name, if category has spaces use category slug..
if you use page/postid selection..check on ids you provided..should be existing post/pageids in order like this:
1,2,3,4,5

check you your plugins..somewhere is a conflict, try to turn them off one by one

Hello
I too have the problem where the FCG was working fine, but has stopped working

I installed a plugin called "user photo". This didn't do what i wanted so I deleted it.

Then the FCG wouldn't display the image. Is this a coincidence?
The FCG appears to keep trying to load

I have tried deleting and reinstalling the FCG twice
I have tried deactivating all the other plugins
I have checked the settings (see jpg attached)
I have republished the posts that the images and featured text were on
I have stayed up till 2am and i give up!
any suggestions, your help appreciated.

you selected page/postid option in settings, but did not provide posts/pagids

yeah I know, I don't know where to get the post or page ids
I didn't have them in before either, and it worked.
I thought the "random" setting took care of that.

Where exactly do I find the page & post id to insert, and I'll give that a go

Great - that did work, but i feel really daft now 'cos it seems so obvious. - thing is, it was working before without the page ids simply by selecting the random selection. Obviously the update version didn't do that. You live and learn. Thanks a mil!
