FCG Not Working...Read Common Issues First

I have read the forum and watched the tutorial video and seem to be facing similar problems to others but that do not match my specifc symptoms.

My options page is figured correctly with two posts. The pictures show up if i view my page in IE compatibility mode but the tabs, scroll function, and text bar are all non-existent. I face the same issues when all of my plugins are deactivated as well.

My theme has no javascript functions or folders with a .js extension.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
