FCG White Screen - PLEASE HELP

PostBy noble51 on Sat Jul 17, 2010 8:47 am

http://www.racingforcancer.org/index.php

Site has been working GREAT since launch date of July 3rd.

Yesterday at around 5 oclock the FCG went white!

No added plug ins
No updates to the site
Just sitting there - poof - slide show turns white.

Can Admin help me with this issue - I'd be glad to forward UN & PW to look under the hood.

Thanks in Advance

Paul

1. Check settings to exclude fcg-YOU conflict
2. Try to turn off all your plugins at once to exclude fcg-other plugin conflict
3. Try default theme to exclude fcg-theme conflict
4. Post in this forum to involve me in your troubleshooting. URL is required

I'm having the same problem. Nothing was changed and the site was working with FCG for about 2 years now. All of a sudden today just a white box is shown.

Can someone please help.
