1. Check settings to exclude fcg-YOU conflict
2. Try to turn off all your plugins at once to exclude fcg-other plugin conflict
3. Try default theme to exclude fcg-theme conflict

The link above only mentions future versions of regular WordPress, but Mu has already implemented changes which prevent the old way of using options in WordPress from working, hence those changes are needed to maintain support for the current version of Mu.
