I don't see the FCG active on your site, which makes it difficult to diagnose your problem. Make sure to go through every installation step, that's where we see the issues coming up.

Make sure you uploaded the "content-gallery" folder, which is inside the "featured-content-gallery" folder the zip file created on your machine. Then follow the installation steps and let me know. Thanks.

Hi Kris, I also have this same problem in my site http://freetamilsongs.in/ . when i changed my blog to default wordpress theme the FCG is working fine. But When i use the current theme it shows the empty box.. To your reference this theme uses the Timthumb Plugin. Is there a chance for the conflict because of this plugin? Waiting for your reply.

Go to the footer to see the empty box..

The timthumb plugin might cause a conflict, and I've seen this before with Elegant Themes. Try deactivating it and see if that works. One thing though, looking at your source, your second featured item (http://freetamilsongs.in/latest-tamil-s ... mp3-songs/) doesn't have an image associated with it in the articleimg custom field - double check that and let me know.

Hi Kris, I ve checked with Other Themes and the FCG worked well. I cant able to disable timthumb in my site "freetamilsongs.in" as it is used inside my theme. I have no control of it. Its basically configured and saved in my themes folder itself. Is there any work around i can do to currently to fix this problem. Please give some advice or code to fix this . Thank You..

Try adding this code in your <head> section...

Code: Select all
jQuery.noConflict();

Hi, I have the same probleme, using a revolution theme (indomagz with the indomagz gallery plugin inserted in the theme) (I know it because I tried it with another theme)
I really need this theme plugin but so love your plugin also :)
SO i'm interested in trying your code but not good at all in php so please could you detail a little more where exactly to copy it, into which code page, inside which php code please?

thanks so much by advance

Yeah, me too have the same issue. I`ve been playing with FCG fora while, but using the IndoMagz 2 Premium template, I cant manage to get it working. I did tried to place the little java code you specified in the header, but this just did not help. I am still trying to find the reason and I am sure it is inserted in the right place, but is there any way to debug the plugin so that I can at least see where the error is and to have some clue about how to fix it?

When I activate the plugin, it just not show anything. What should I look into the source, so to be shure that it is propperly inserted?

The link is http://recipemagician.com

In order to eliminate an eventual Java comflict, I have installed FeatPlug (looks similar to your script). It works fine with absolutely no problems. However as I am addicted to FCG, I would love to find out why it doesnt work. So what is the best way for me to troubleshoot and debug the script? As the site is operational, I am not pretty much in position to give lots of tries as this will disctract the visitors, but I am doing my best :)
