FGC issues with Edegree theme

PostBy darkethos on Fri Apr 15, 2011 12:20 am

Hello,

I'm currently working on a site that uses the edegree theme. The theme has an area on the homepage for featured content gallery but I can't seem to get it to work. A few questions appear when I was working with it. The first being that I set the border width and height in the options and the border of the gallery appears in the spot intended but there is no gallery. Since this happened is it safe to assume a container came with the theme? Secondly when I post the code mentioned in the installation on the homepage, a duplicated border box appears in the body of the page. It is directly below the original boarder. With this happening is it safe to assume that code has been implemented somewhere in the theme already? Since without the code in the home.php file, the homepage still displays the border. I am new at site building and not familiar with php or any coding outside of C and C++ so help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

yes, edegree theme comes with fcg, so you do not need to add gallery call.

1. Check settings to exclude fcg-YOU conflict
2. Try to turn off all your plugins at once to exclude fcg-other plugin conflict
3. Try default theme to exclude fcg-theme conflict
