Gallery is not defined error

Please help! I've read through the forums for days and still can't find the answer I need.

I see the border of fcg but no images.

As far as I know, all the links are right, I don't believe there are any jquery issues.

I'm currently running off localhost, so the following are screen shots of my issues.
