Gallery Player Loading But No Images Show Up

Hi. This is the second install of FCG (first was successful) for a client. But on this install, I cannot get the images to show up. Can you please take a look and tell us where I'm going wrong?

I've read through many of these forum posts. It could be another plugin conflict but we've loaded several other plugins for various tasks and not sure which it might be. I've tried deactivating some of them but this did not fix the problem.

Please help!

did you provide articleimg custom fields for each post in fcg?
if yes, try to put the gallery call in this format

Thank you! Updating the call with the new format code did the trick! We did have the custom fields set correctly, so that updated code was the cure. Thank you so much for responding so quickly!
