Help!

PostBy Sweet Pea on Fri Jul 17, 2009 11:10 am

I have installed everything the way I am supposed to, however, it is doing this:
http://fifty280baby.com/

It shows two images per post and isn't a slideshow...I have no idea what is wrong.

HELP Please!

Thanks in advance,
Christin

how did you add the gallery to your site...there is no javascript/css links to fcg files, that's why your gallery does not work..try reactivate gallery

1. Check settings to exclude fcg-YOU conflict
2. Try to turn off all your plugins at once to exclude fcg-other plugin conflict
3. Try default theme to exclude fcg-theme conflict
4. Post in this forum to involve me in your troubleshooting. URL is required

I uploaded the featured-content-gallery file to my plugins directory and activated it through wp. Do I need to add the javascript/css links myself to my header? Or does it do it automatically? I have tried to uninstall and re-install already...

Thanks,
Christin

now I see it is working..
no you do not need to add javascripts links, code adds when you activate the plugin

I had to put them in myself for it to work...
Would there be a reason why it wasn't doing it automatically? I have a query_post in my site...you mentioned jquery would make it not work in your video, is that the same thing?

query_post is internal wp function
jquery is javascript framework..
they are not the same thing

I do not know why in your case links are not added..
