Dear FCG creator. 3 days I'm fighting with your plugin without success...
I really believe I did correct configuration and settings. I've checked many times.

Could you please check what's wrong with it?
I use to use the lightbox plugin before. But I've deactivated it and even remove from the server.

1. Check settings to exclude fcg-YOU conflict
2. Try to turn off all your plugins at once to exclude fcg-other plugin conflict
3. Try default theme to exclude fcg-theme conflict
