[Help] Twenty Eleven + Featured Content Gallery Plugin

Hello,
I'm currently using Twenty Eleven theme for my website, http://www.bcblog.smart-host.tk. And I've used Featured Content Gallery plugin as well. The issue is Featured Content Gallery appears over the dropdown menu. I went through many websites to find a solution, but couldn't find any relevant to this theme. It would be great if you could help me to solve the issue.

tested in firefox and ie, menu shows on top of fcg

FCG is on top of my drop down menu, i dont knov how to resolve these, allso the thumbnailimg are not showing i checket the thumbnailimg box and created the custom field and picture size, i allso triet to shot down all the plugins is still the same

If someone is interested in how to resolwe Twenty Eleven theme sub menu under FCG,

in
jd.gallery.css.php

find all z-index lines and change to 1
