Images not appearing

Newbie here...I have configured the plugin according to the video but am unable to get any images to display. My theme is called eDegree. I kind of suspect that this line is my problem:

If not already included, add this code to your template file where you want the Featured Content Gallery to be displayed:

<?php include (ABSPATH . '/wp-content/plugins/featured-content-gallery/gallery.php'); ?>

I have tried pasting this code into the home.php file using the editor, but not exactly sure where it goes.

Any other suggestions on trouble shooting would be greatly appreciated.

the gallery call is already there..but there is a problem with this theme, not your problem, theme problem

Thank you Yelena...that nearly worked! Got the plug in showing, and I can even see the text...but the images are not appearing....just a Loading bar....is there another step that I can take?
