Installed, the page is not loading Custom Fields

Installed, the page is not loading Custom Fields I am not sure why this isn't showing.
I have successfully added the code to the index.php file and the FCG is showing up on my site however I couldn't edit/add an image to the page because there is no custom fields showing up at the bottom of the page options area. ANy ideas on this would be great also I have deactivated all other plugins and set a default theme "not a 3rd party theme".

You've probably already figured this out, but did you try the options drop down box at the top right? Once you drop down you need to "check" custom fields for them to show up.
