Internal Server Error

Open saving the configuration settins on the options page (plug-in activated) when I attempt to save the configuration, I receive 500 Internal Server Error....

I am not seeing anything in the server logs nor the php error logs that would point to a solution. I have gone throught disable all the plug-ins still nothing.

I am using the Studio Press "News" theme
