is it Confilct or other problem caused my FCG blank off?

Dear Sir, I found that my website's fcg here suddenly become blank...It was working fine b4 I installed a mortgage-loan plug-in at the side bar at today...please advise...tq.

so, I just tried to deactive the plug-in and my website fcg can back to normal, below are my added script into sidebar.php:-

it means conflict, try to find similar plugin to your mortgage plugin which will not cause the conflict
