Issues with FCG

I am trying to deploy the thing on my local server for testing purposes but there are certain problems I am facing.

1) My mission is to put latest 10 posts in FCG so that it will show those like slide show. I succeeded but the problem is, when site loads .......... FCG never start automatically. I have to manually click one of the arrows and then it start working.

I want that it should work automatically without any mouse click. What should I do.

I am using Featured content gallery 3.2.

2) Second problem is with my theme, I am using corporate wordpress theme 1.0. On its home page, I am showing latest posts and many thing else but my problem is that when it show Posts along with its excerpts. The font is very small. I want topic font big but failed to find the file and code to customise it.

Please note that I am using "sideposts" widget to display recent posts along with their excerpts.


How can I configure it to make things possible.
