Just Stopped Working

Hi there,

I have been using this plugin for months now, probably nearly a year and all of a sudden it has stopped working. I have disabled all plugins to see if it was conflicting and nothing made any changes.

All it shows is a box where the image should be, I have taken a screenshot taken from firefox so you can see. Using imageshack to host this image:

Any ideas what is causing it...
