My gallery doesn't work :(

I love FCG and I would insert it in my new website,I have seen the video and follow the instructions but currently it doesn't work

I have setted the gallery to the category 'Artista' and pasted the code to see it in index.php outside the loop
I have read same problems as mine in this forum, I have replaced jd.gallery.js.php with the new code too but nothing

Hi everyone - I need help. I have read everything I can about the FCG plugin. My gallery is a black box and doesn't show any images. I've matched the images to the box on my Home page. I've included articleimg and a URL on three posts. No pictures. My theme, Intrepidy, already has the FCG code included in the "home.php" coding. The answer that keeps appearing in this forum is "Check settings to exclude fcg-YOU conflict." I'm new to this. What does that mean? What settings? What is YOU conflict? Also, I don't want to shut off my plugins because I'm afraid I'll lose part of my web page. I do not have any of the plugins listed as conflicting. I know this plugin works for others. What am I doing wrong?

How do you check settings to insure that fcg-YOU is excluded? I've looked in settings and I don't see this option. I disabled all the plugins and reactivated one at a time. Apparently there is a conflict with WPMinify. When it's activated, FCG doesn't work. I only get a white box.
