New Install No images

I just installed this plugin but can't seem to get any images to show up, I tried deactivating all plugins, i have the gallery on the page, i have images loaded... whats the next step to get this going?

1. Check settings to exclude fcg-YOU conflict
2. Try to turn off all your plugins at once to exclude fcg-other plugin conflict
3. Try default theme to exclude fcg-theme conflict

I am facing the same problem. Dont understand where to upload my slide images and how to activate the images for slide. My url is pls use internet Explorer to view the site.
