No Custom Fields in Post/Pages

I've read through all of the other posts on this topic but have not had any success. Using WP 3.2.1 and cannot get the custom fields options to display in my post or pages. I've tried both options below.

<?php global $post; include (ABSPATH . '/wp-content/plugins/featured-content-gallery/gallery.php'); ?>

<?php include (ABSPATH . '/wp-content/plugins/featured-content-gallery/gallery.php'); ?>

and when i go to screen options i only have Right Now, Recent Comments, Incoming Links, Plugins, QuickPress, Recent Drafts, WordPress Blog, Other WordPress News.

I deactivate all my others plugins..

1. Check settings to exclude fcg-YOU conflict
2. Try to turn off all your plugins at once to exclude fcg-other plugin conflict
3. Try default theme to exclude fcg-theme conflict
4. Post in this forum to involve me in your troubleshooting. URL is required

Sorry for being stupid. But I didn't get it. What settings should I check? What conflict is that about?
