No image display

PostBy vragec on Wed Jul 07, 2010 3:08 am

Hello

I have problems with displaying pictures in FCG.
On page http://test.pekel.org/3/ is only a blank image, but if you check HTML code, there is code which should be displayed but it isn't.

Any suggestions how to fix this ?

open file
/wp-content/themes/edegree/js/functions.js
and comment this line
Code: Select all
jQuery.noConflict();

like this
Code: Select all
//jQuery.noConflict();

1. Check settings to exclude fcg-YOU conflict
2. Try to turn off all your plugins at once to exclude fcg-other plugin conflict
3. Try default theme to exclude fcg-theme conflict

Hi Yelena,

I'm having the same issues where I only see an empty box with a border but no images.
Within my theme/functions files, I don't have a functions.js file but I did find "jQuery.noConflict();" in 2 instances:

jquery.js displays:
jQuery.extend({
noConflict: function( deep ) {
window.$ = _$;

tumblog-ajax.js displays:
jQuery.noConflict();

I did comment out the "jQuery.noConflict();" within the tumblog-ajax.js file but that didn't seem to work. Any other suggestions? I have the latest version of WP. Thank you for your help. Site URL is: http://tribunemediagroup.com/wordpress/

OMG!!!!!!! Thank you sooooo much. The funny thing is i tried commenting that area out a couple times and i didn't work. I finally looked at my page when it loaded and looked at the error it was giving me. It showed that fcg_delay had an error. The error is something I created when I followed someone elses advice. Any who, I just wanted to thank you because even with my self made error my display wouldn't work without you.

Thanks again,

Tommy
