No images in the slider, featured content, thumbnail

Hi,
Thanks for the great plugin. I tried to get it working on my site but the images are not showing up. I watched the installation video and read previous posts on the topic but still doesn't work. I added the articleimg, thumbnailimg, made sure that I had 2 or more featured items and included the required code in my template. I'm using FCG v 3.2.0. Can you please help?
