Only Featured posts display.... other posts disapear

I embedded my FCG in the header of the site, but when its enabled, it seems to disable all other posts and pages on the site, only displaying the 2 posts featured? Does anyone know how I can resolve this issue? I am guessing it may be something in the content-gallery.php page that i might have to tweak. Or is it something to do with it being in the header?

Any help greatly appreciated
