I use FCG on my website. it works perfectly except with IE.
ok with opera FF chrome....

I Suppose conflict may comes from theme.

at first, I do not see the gallery.
second, try to turn of wp-minify plugin and see it gallery starts working

1. Check settings to exclude fcg-YOU conflict
2. Try to turn off all your plugins at once to exclude fcg-other plugin conflict
3. Try default theme to exclude fcg-theme conflict
