Permanently displaying thumbs in FCG

Permanently displaying thumbs in FCG. Is it possible to permanently display the featured content thumbnails that display in the top carousal? I'd like the ability to have those thumbnails display under the main images and caption information permanently. Does FCG have this ability, and if so, help would be much appreciated. Thanks.
