PHP shortcut doesn't work on our server

PostBy icesar on Sat Mar 14, 2009 1:13 pm

Just reporting an issue that was keeping the plugin from working --

Our server didn't recognize this notation:
<?=$fcg_button ?>

So we had to update these statements to:
<?php echo $fcg_button; ?>

Cheers,
C

Hello,
What FCG file are you finding/replacing that from?

The file is jd.gallery.js.php

1. Check settings to exclude fcg-YOU conflict
2. Try to turn off all your plugins at once to exclude fcg-other plugin conflict
3. Try default theme to exclude fcg-theme conflict
4. Post in this forum to involve me in your troubleshooting. URL is required

I had this same issue. The difference was a 2003WIN Server understanding the code however a 2008WIN Server did not. Simple fix was bymaking the change as suggested.

Our server didn't recognize this notation:
<?=$fcg_button ?>

So we had to update these statements to:
<?php echo $fcg_button; ?>
