Pic Not Showing in IE

I really like FCG. Hope you can help with this problem.

Problem is on my site http://www.topnewfranchises.com. Running WP 2.9.2 FCG 3.2.0 BG's Revolution theme. Seems to work fine on Firefox, but when I added new featured content the new image does not show up when using IE - just shows black. Previously uploaded images are ok. Here's the page not showing:

Tried reuploading image with diff. url but still didn't work. Help is appreciated.

OK - I determined that this is an Internet Explorer problem and not a FCG problem. For some reason I could not get this photo to display in IE even though it was fine in Firefox. When WP resized it, it would show up in IE.

Finally, I saved it as a .png file instead of .jpeg and re-uploaded it. It worked. Still don't know why.
