Slideshow does not display.

Downloading, installing, upgrading, and configuring the FCG plugin

Slideshow does not display.

PostBy AGRSadmin on Thu Jan 20, 2011 1:39 am

First off, I would like to apologize if this is being discussed else where, I looked but did not find a match. I am using the theme eDegree, which has support for FCG. I watched the setup video, and read the instructions a few times now, I still get this error. I get a rectangle of about a 1px line where the slideshow should be presenting. I can't figure out what the cause is. If anyone knows of a solution I would love to here it. Thanks. Screen shot below.

1. Check settings to exclude fcg-YOU conflict
2. Try to turn off all your plugins at once to exclude fcg-other plugin conflict
3. Try default theme to exclude fcg-theme conflict
4. Post in this forum to involve me in your troubleshooting. URL is required

Thank you very much for your help! You saved a lot of time with adding the code correction! I think a few people might be stumped b/c they don't realize that you are posting a link to a java code to edit. I was able to do it and it fixed the problem right away. Thank you!
