Slideshow stopped working just white box

Hello,

First of all, I'm not good at programming and php, I've only scratched the surface in it
My slideshow has stopped working after my site provider has migrated my site to another server with Windows 8.
I've tried everything so far, disabling all plugins, re-checking all configs and even deleting and installing the FCG again, but it seems not being really deleted, because I noticed all configs were the same.
Looking other posts I even tried this, but didn't work at all

It's about php short tag.
