Slow loading jd.gallery.js.php and jd.gallery.css.php

Hello I am using firebug to investigate slow load times on www.stanceiseverything.com and noticed that these two files account for 6 seconds of load time. Other pages using this plug in do not seem to suffer from this problem. Have I set something up incorrectly?

Any advice would be appreciated thanks.

(I have already contacted my hosting services about the url taking 4 seconds on its own)

Reverting to an earlier version of the plug in really reduced load times and I can live without some of the features. Will try the next version of the plug.
